Disclaimer:

Due to technological limitations with Twine, this game only has assured compatibility in Chromium-based browsers. It was built and tested on a 16:9 1080p screen, and sizes any larger or smaller than that may cause issues. Please make sure your browser zoom is at 100%. I am aware that sprites flash (again, Twine limitation), and if you move too fast, the tilemap won’t update until you stop moving. I did my best to mitigate all these issues, though they still remain in some capacity. You may also experience stutters or jitters as you play, as at the end of the day, Twine wasn’t built for this kind of game. I intend to use Godot in the future!

There are definite game-altering bugs, considering that it is a game jam game. Only donate to support us, not because you expect this game to be 'worth your money.' For a less-buggy(?) version, please see the Weight Gaming thread for Butterball Buffet.

Hey the game isn't working for me , the info bar did load but not game itself any idea what i need to do ? thanks

How do I make any of the recipes and can you provide a list of them too?

Heya! Sorry for taking so long to get back to you, this is the first time I've checked this page since October, lol.

Unfortunately I don't remember the recipes, and the project itself is buried in my hard drive by now. But if I recall correctly, I implemented a hint system that gives you hints on recipes you can make. Most of it is just trial and error though, which I realize now really isn't a fun gameplay loop when you're just clicking buttons haha.

As for making the recipes themselves once you're in the cooking phase, there should be a "menu" or something like that on the right side of the screen/in the HUD, which tells you your currently unlocked recipes and how to make them :)

I hope you find what you're looking for, and I'm sorry that I couldn't be of more help!

Heyo! Just curious, is development for the godot version still happening?

It'll take some time, but I do hope to get it out some day!

Just so you know, I currently have 0 knowledge of Godot. I still need to learn and put together a couple tutorial projects first. But I'll let you know as soon as I get it finished! Expect some time next year.

Sweet! I'm excited to see what the future holds! Also, BellyBelting has worked with Godot before, maybe they can give you some pointers!

I can guarantee I know jack shit about Godot, lmao. I'm just an artist... but thank you for believing in me <3
